Default LAN Accounts

This would not really benefit me in any way at this point in time, but I think it would a nice thing that ANet should create.

It would be completely unlocked(all runes, upgrades, and skills)
when role playing characters are made they can choose to start at lvl 5 in pre-searing and when they exit they are automatically a set level depending on what outpost they go to...IE: 8 for ascalon area, 12 for northern shiverpeaks, etc...
they can buy whatever armor or items they want for free, but they can not trade or drop them, they can still sell or trade items that they pick up from killing monsters as well as gold and platinum

for PvP characters it will be the just like a normal PvP character, except that they can join any guild as a guest for free

all characters are automatically deleted when u log off from the game to prevent "identity theift" from other LAN users

these accounts would only be sold to LAN owners and IP restricted to the LAN they are sold to

I don't really like this exact idea. But something like a single player trying mode would be nice. Getting all the skills/items you want just to test a build (since it's pretty crappy to buy all those skills/items just to try something on the internet).

i dont think you understand the reason for this....
this is so you can go to a LAN Center and be able to play this game full force, say you never played GWs before you wouldnt have your own account that you could use on there computers and if you did would u really trust to use your game account on an almost public computer (not a computer free to use, but any1 with some money can get on it)???
also you really couldnt spend 100+ hrs at a LAN center playing GWs to unlock everything and beat the game

this is not for a lazy ass person that dosnt want to unlock everything in the game... its for LAN companies to be able to support GWs at their locations

WNx... I've been thinking about something like this for quite a while. It's brilliant! This game would increase so much in popularity if it got some LAN-party exposure. I don't think PvE is so necessary for LAN's, but the PvP possibilities are enormous. UAS (unlock all skills) is absolutely necessary for this kind of thing. Two other things that are necessary:

- Ability to pick players for 4vs4 or 8vs8 teams, and then choose which team you play against.
- Absolutely no way to connect the LAN accounts to the online game, since you have UAS.

picking your opponents would be a nice option... maybe have a seperate arena for that...

but you would definatly want it connected to the online game... first off at a LAN u might not have 20-30 people all playing the same game... and even if you did... thats not a hell of a lot of people to play GWs against in PvP to begin with...

as for UAS for everyone.... thats just laziness, just like paying to be power-leveled or for gold... ruins the experience

Apparently Koreans have something like this for video game cafes. I dunno if skills are unlocked though.

They should really have UAS for all players. The PvE in this game isn't that much fun.
